Can someone please explain how turntables with USB work? Traktor Scratch and so on!

Hi everyone! I’m wondering, how does it work?! with USB turntables? Well, I know that you can record it via audacity and so on. But, with Traktor Scratch? how the HELL does it work? Can you change songs on each turntable without changing a disc?

Please, i’m getting nuts!

the usb aspect of most turntables is only used as you described, for recording records directly into the computer via usb.

I dont believe any DVS system recommends using the usb connection on turntables, just the traditional RCA outs.
