Im doing this pre 2000 mix train and i need to rip some of my original cd’s to my macbook to use in traktor, anyone recommend me a good programme to use that will rip them and maybe create all the id3 tags etc so they will sound well in traktor… need answers asap pls haha im up next on the train
ah fair enough, just play em in there and save them yeah? tbh i have never bothered ripping any of my cd’s and i need to start gettin them done cheers guys
cool will do, they are all bought purchased cd singles just have never got round to ripping them to my laptop, now i have gone totally digital i need to make a start on them…
ive just started doing it via itunes and its quite simply fantastic lol…how easy is that, insert cd click yes and then maybe 30 seconds later my cd single is now stored on my macbook in 320kbs mp3 ready for traktor haha..love it
yeah, always used nero for burning my cd’s on windows, purely for printing the tracklists off to stick in my cd wallet, really is a good piece of software.. ive been at this now since 4 o’clock, nearly got tru my smallest cd wallet now of all the choons i used to play in the bars in warrington.. just another 2 wallets that hole about 500 cds each in haha
im sure i have a faulty cd drive in my macbook, every now n then when i press the eject button the cd moves but seems to get stuck and i have to pop it out myself by lifting the disc up with another one, and when i put some cd;s in its very noisy whereas most are pretty quite?/ that sound faulty to anyone or is that the norm?
Still not enough reason to go PC Karlos - but I concur - even my wife burns on my PC so that she gets to use Nero, rather than her Mac. Wave Editor is brilliant.
