Controller Mapping Print Outs

Does anyone have or can supply a document to print out that can be used as a mapping for your Vestax controller, like if you can make the material yourself. I’ve seen a mapping done like this on some site but I cant find it now. Do you get what I mean?

Im currently using the one that is on the mapping page of this site, tis really good mapping. I have a Vestax VCI 100.
