Got hammered at home last weekend with peeps at my house messing with my decks and my other friends came and picked me up… No literally they physically picked me up threw me in the back of the truck and went to the bar.
I didnt want to leave my friends at home who I was partying with so thats why I was taken by force. Anyways my friends at home partied till 4am at my house and I rolled up the next morning.
Well I finally turned my speakers on after a week only to find beer spilt on them… turned my decks and mixer on only to find beer stains all over my mixer and in the coffin. this doesnt sit well..
I put the headphones on and hear a constant loud BUZZZZZ. fader doesnt FADE and now im stuck with a broken mixer. Im sad, depressed and wont be able to buy what I wanted for Christmas and I hate the friends that snatched me as I knew not to ever leave drunks around my setup and I hate that nobody told me.

the same thing happen to me 1 time with my s4 it just stop working after a party and nobody knows annything
The s4 was completely useless
But they gave me a new one after i wait 1 month so they can ‘fix it’ in best buy they return it to me exactly the same and with a little yelling they gave me a new one

Make sure you use the 99.9% alcohol. Anything else leaves residue behind, and you don’t want that. Don’t stab anyone though, pour beer in their girlfriends. Ha
Yeah someone spilt beer in my amp when i was mixing at a house party, didnt no till the day after when i could smell it when the amp got hot, now only the left channel works on the amp which is kind of annoying

If they were forcing you to go , you should of been like HEY and at least closed your coffins, and on another note, find some respectable friends who treat your stuff properly!
I opened the mixer up and wiped down the faders and stuff with alcohol which were nasty. Like it wasnt beer it was mixed drinks… something with coca-cola of course but shes’s looking clean now. just gotta test it out.
if i see their girlfriends im gonna buy them a rum and coke and splash them in the face like Dripstep said though.

Bollocks. I’ve in some right old two n eights in my time, and no matter how pissed wankered or spangled or any combination thereof, no matter how stupid my behaviour because my inhibitions, which lets face it are on the floor when im straight, so when i’m muntered are non existent,
i knew at the time i was indulging stupid behaviour.

Yeah its the problem of me not being able to prove exactly who it was. I did get an apology about it being broke but its like Psychfrakultor said, they probly dont remember it so cant own upto it.
But then again being drunk is a easy way to plead ignorance.
To tell you the truth im pissed at the other friend/s that took me away… so much that If I wanted someone to pay for the mixer i’d make him. If I was home all my shit would be working. Everybody knows not to let leave drunks alone around any kind of equipment, but I didnt get to enforce that rule.
100% agree, I can never understand how drinks get spilled into a mixer, drinks should not be elevated over the mixer,beside it maybe but direct above NEVER
Go and find an item that’s the equivalent worth of your mixer and spill into the vitals of it, unless they pay up for a replacement then go and get wasted with said friends with new mixer
Eh. Such is the cost of ridiculous times. You just need to make it clear that it’s not okay to be forcibly taken away from a party being held at your residence. I understand the reasoning behind your buddies whom were partying much more than the blokes who threw you in a trunk to steal you for good times with them.
It’s just a matter of what is allowed to fly. I don’t mind doing ridiculous things, but when gear is involved, you need someone being the nanny for it. I’ve been to many a party and needles have been broken, but nothing as terrible as this. Just a little lesson in protocol with your friends wouldn’t hurt. Actually show them how to use it perhaps, in a proper non-drunk fashion lol.
