ddj sr help needed

hi all , my son has a ddj sr and is using the latest vdj version , my question is , on deck c and d of the ddj sr his hot cues let him launch rapidly and repeatedly like stuttering , , as quck as he can tap it it launches , but a and b deck wont allow rapid tapping , they launch ok but only after a short time , not instanty with every press , any ideas

I’m no VDJ expert but it sounds like some kind of quantization is enabled on decks A & B. Check the settings and see if you can see anything relating to that.

Sounds like sync is active in decks A and B. And his C and D are not under sync.
