De-authorising
Hi can anyone tell me the exact steps needed to de-authorise my S4 software as I am swapping my S4 this week.
Email NI?
Uninstall from Service Centre?
How does it work..

have you got TP2 yet? cos if you used an upgrade route from S4 this will bugger your TP2 install…
Just shoot them an email, they will take the steps to deactivate it.
Yeah I’m gonna have to buy a copy, just wondered how you properly unregistered the old one.

what if you return the new, unused serial? Are you getting a new s4 unit, or something different?
Did the swap last night with forum member paulalexsaltis - top guy.
He now has a nice shiny S4 and I have an unbelievable mixer…
