Denon 3900 and traktor s4

Hi can someone tell me how to hook up a pair of denon SC3900 to a traktor s4 mk2 with scratch pro 2 on iMac,I can’t get the 3900 to work with controller even after downloading the tsi file from denon,I was informed that the 3900 would work with the s4 but not having any joy hooking them up at moment thanks Steve

Can you first use them just for playing timecode CD’s into S4? If that works ok, then you can try to use them in hybrid mode.
