DIF-1M Technical Issues

Hi Everyone,

Having some issues with my DIF-1M mixer. Everything is playing on the reverse deck.

Whenever I upload a track into the left deck, I can only hear the track if I move the fader to the right and can only manipulate the sound (volume control, filter, etc.) by using the right hand knobs. Vice versa, the same goes for when I upload a track into the right deck.

If I press the reverse button then I can hear the track on the left deck on the left side, but can still only control the volume by using the right hand volume control. And again, vice versa.

I checked all of my cables and everything seems to be plugged in just fine.

Does anyone know what’s causing the issue or have suggestions? Thanks!

Are you using it with software?
If so which software & audio interface?
Do the midi controls work for the correct deck in the software?

It sounds like you need to switch your output routings in the software audio settings page - or try swapping the rca leads in the back of the mixer.
