DJ MIXali’s Setup
Whats up guys, this is the first time i’ve posted my setup on here. I’ve been through a few setups so far, from cdj’s to my first set of silver techs, then black techs, then to the s4 (big regret), and now i’m back on tech m5g’s. The mixer is a djm 700 but i’m thinking about the djm t1 just because the crossfader isn’t that great for scratching but i’ve heard the innofader will be coming soon for it

I don’t think they carry this model anymore, it is an expedit but sits a little higher than the normal ones.
i thought my setup would get more love, hah!
How come the “big regret” with the s4?

Sick setup man, id really get some stands for your monitors if i were you though 
haha i know, thats what my friends tell me, but most of the time i mix in my headphones anyway, and just use them for listening when i’m not mixing. I’ll probably find a stand for them soon. The s4 is a great piece of hardware, but it just cannot replicate a real mixer. and plus i’m just stuck on turntables 
looks good! .. loving the m5g. i’m on the same boat as you. played with the s2, vci-100, typhoon/spin. it just feels so much better on TTs

I’m pretty sure that I’m going to be selling some gear and saving up for the exact setup I started on: Technics and a Vestax mixer.
I feel like I should have never changed.

haha actually there is a little space between the end of the table to the wall, which i prop the tables up to for extra support because they will not fit otherwise
yeah i’m currently looking for a table top that would match the style and and some width too it, nothing crazy though
approximately 59in X 15.5in X 35in
Nice and clean set up there. I just love seeing DVS used on vinyl turntables. Besides, that’s what DVS were actually made for.
M5G’s will always be a sex magnet for my eyes.
