Sorry for all the problems with the PowerTools. I emailed everyone who has already purchased them new download links. If anyone is still having problems please contact me.
The problem was some type of corruption that occurred in uploading the files to our ecommerce system - the latest in a long line of minor growing pains for us in this new system. As with most new systems designed to make things easier, there are several problems that we have to get smoothed out first in order for it to work the way it is supposed to. We are confident that our new system will be much better for everyone in the near future. We appreciate everyone’s patience and we are doing everything we can to get these issues fixed.
We truly strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If we messed something up, let us know. We will be more than happy to help you out. Naaa…the problem is everyone’s the joke. So much more can be accomplished if everyone just chilled out for a minute. Same shit goes down EVERY time something is released. People bitch waaaayyy too much.
In General:
If you don’t like a product, don’t buy it. Instead you see countless people slamming it.
If you bought the product and it’s not working or you had issues, email someone and wait. I’m sure that they are not only aware of the problem, but are trying real hard to fix the problem. They could either respond to 100+ emails or fix the issue.

Should have looked here first. I ordered the full pack on the 15th and still no email. I sent an email to orders@ but still no reply, I emailed the guy who said “if you have any problems email me” and still no reply. Not too pleased with the experience 
store is closed on weekends.. i dont think the email is automated, so wait until 2morrow..

I think its kind of funny that people get this bent up about a sample pack…like this is the one and only sample pack that has ever been made, or there’s something revolutionary. Go take your samples, organize them how they did and call it even.
Or go buy another sample pack and take your business elsewhere.
Thinking that these samples are worth anymore than $15 dollars is ridiculous, honestly I haven’t heard the .wav but I just can’t imagine djtt producing the clean samples that come in packs that are $50-$60 dollars, so saying that they are worth that is highly unlikely.
I understood the rage about the kontrol s4, new revolutionary controllers, etc…but sample packs?
