DJM T1 + Kontrol X1?

DJM T1 + Kontrol X1?

Hey guys! Could you help me out with a quick tip?

I wanna start messing around with Traktor at home, and the setup that has me excited is a DJM T1 and a Kontrol X1 mk. 2, but the T1 basically has an x1 built in. Of course I could map everything nicely, but is that a wise choice? I really like the compact x1 for decks and even though a 900 Nexus would be a better long term investment, it would require an extra big chunk of money..

Could use a second opinion or a similar setup?

I use a very similar set up. I love it. The T1 is a great mixer and fully mappable.

I personally have my X1 mapped for fx banks 1 and 2 and the DJM-T1 effects section is mapped to 2 parameters in fx banks 3 and 4 (knobs 1 & 2) and the bottom knob is set as a filter for decks A & B.
