DJTT S2 Mapping won't work

DJTT S2 Mapping won’t work

Okay so ive imported it correctly, and everything works on thsi mapping EXCEPT when i try to use the jogs for FX. I press shift + reset but nothing happens, same with holding them both down at the same time, NOTHING. please help me ive tried everything, i even updated traktor and all that.

Ok try deleting all the mappings you have imported, or go to back to default mapping. Then use the big import button to import the mapping. its on the bottom of the main settings page. Do it twice, then try again.
