Do samples come with TP2 when downloading?
Hey I got traktor pro 2 and half of my playlists are red with an X in them. They are labeled as “Demo Loops”, “Scratch Samples”, and “Demo-One Shots”. Was traktor pro 2 supposed to come with free samples to use in the sample decks? or are they just empty?

They came free with T2 they should be on your hard drive or do a search. I’m not at my Traktor computer now so i can’t tell you exactly where.
although they don’t seem to come with the demo version, so if you upgraded, you can best download the full version and re-install.
Hey i’m having the same thing happen not sure what’s up though? I have tp2 installed but where the samples/loops are I have the Red X as well. Do you have to download those separate or did they store them somewhere else?
If you open Explorer, there should be a folder right below it called Demo Content where they all are. Not sure why the playlists don’t work, I had the same error, but the content is all there.
I keep searching for it and can’t find it anywhere 
will i need to reinstall traktor 2?
If they’re not showing up in Traktor, you should be able to find them in Finder.
~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Traktor 2/Factory Sounds

I’m not finding these in any of these places, and a search in the Finder for “Factory Sounds” and “Demo Sounds” yields nothing at all. Any other options?
Don’t search in Finder, go to the folder using the file path I just gave.
found it in the explorer. Thanks.
I can’t find factory sounds using finder either. I did find therm here though. Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Traktor 2/Factory Sounds.
That said though they should be under explorer in the browser tree in T2. I only have 25 sounds in there though is that what everybody else has? I DL’d the demo and just plugged my serial into it when I finally got it.
