Dubstep Vocal Editing Software?

Hi

One of my friends sent me an acapella for dubstep track we’re working on. What i want to do is slice it, rearange it, and somehow edit the pitch (similar to skrillex vocals). Are there any good, free or cheap plugins I can use in ableton?

Ableton has the functionality to do all of that built in. No third party plugins required.
