Right, a pint goes to whoever by chance knows of any household object that I can skewer and will work as a 45 adaptor. Playing some 45s tomorrow and I’ve got one. Which with manual dexterity can work. I have no manual dexterity though. Ideas?
Potato comes to mind with a little precut forming. nilla wafer? Shot glass flipped upside down? Good luck. Maybe check thrift stores today or ask a buddy, if it’s not too late.
you can make them yourself, it’s really pretty easy all you need is:
if you have any old credit cards, bank cards anything along those lines, cut them in half and stick it inside or outside the 45 hole and use a hole punch for the hole, seriously this works pretty good…
or check out
or try going to the 2nd hand store and looking to see if they have any old turntables.
Some bottle tops/ caps work as you can stick a hole in them and they work like the ones you get with decks. It’s just finding the right size one but you can take the dimensions and go to your local shop and measure them all, you might look a bit strange though!!!
