External Compressors
Hey all!!!
Just tossing around an idea for a technique to use live in my sets. Basically what I’m looking for at this stage is an external version of the compressor found by default in Ableton Live. I need a (preferably small) portable compressor with side-chaining ability. I’ve already looked and used Behringers and it’s a little.. giant.
Anyone know of something?
Nicest little “portable” box I can think of off the top of my head.
The Alesis 3632 will probably do the job, and is only 1U high.
You’ll probably need 2 post EQ FX sends to make it work though, what mixer are you using?
haven’t decided yet! Would you have any input there? I’m open to damn near anything.
