Setup:
Using a 128GB Chroma with Rekordbox on Win11 in a Pioneer XDJ-XZ.
Issue:
Waveforms and cue points are disappearing from tracks on the stick. The stick loads fine, all tracks load with waveforms and cue points however, when reloading that same track later the waveform and cue points are all gone. Re-syncing the playlist doesn’t work, the track needs deleting from the stick and reloading. This has happened to a couple of tracks so far, one mo3 and one wav so it doesn’t seem to be a file format issue.
Bought the Chroma from a DJ equipment shop last week. What’s my best option here, a re-format or in store exchange? I’ve got a gig on Saturday and really need it to be rock solid. Any help would be appreciated
