Firmware Upgrade Using a Mac

Firmware Upgrade Using a Mac

I think I may have jumped the gun here. I was so excited about the new possibilities of upgrading my VCI 100 that I thought all I needed to do was download the TSI file and purchase a black overlay. Now I see that I should have purchased the firmware kit. But looking at the video it only appears to provide instructions for upgrading the firmware using a PC. How can Mac users install the new firmware? Indeed do we still need to purchase the firmware upgrade kit. Not averse to doing this but want to know that I will be able to do the job when I get it.

Thanks

Howard.

Get bootcamp/VM Fusion, or WINE. The easy/faster method, find a friend with a pc that has a serial port and get urself a serial cable. And Bam you have have fw 1.3
