First club gig
Hey guys i have been djing for a few years now i am 17 i have gained i first club gig i am starting at 11 pm and finishing at 3-5 am in the first few hours i have heard that not may people go but they all come in at 1-12 and i don’t want to play all my good music at the start this club is a very mainstream club what do you guys advise i play i have heard other people play hip hop but im not sure???

Well I’m a performer if I don’t serve behind the bar drink alcohol or use the same toilets its all good!
are they aware of this? i’ve been carded at the door of plenty venues i’m playing at…
I did the gig I had a great night the crowd responded well to the music and got to use cdj 2000s and a djm 900!!

Yes they are fully aware the security guard helped me get the gig as I had played at a youth event and the security guard had heard me and referred me to the manager!

my first club gig was also one of my first times going to a club as I had just turned legal age. Its definitely an interesting experience to jump into
