Flux and backward loop select ...

Flux and backward loop select …

Hey guys,

I remapped the fluxmode completely, because i dont like to keep the button pushed while the fluxloop is playing.
Got everything working, but the final touch wont work

I want to select my loops backward, like i allways do, makes much more sense to me … Dunno why its not standard that way actually …

Ok so sor the mapping, when i want to set a flux loop, i need to use “set loop” command for it to work
And use another command to set the size
When i use “set loop + size” it will not work

Same thing for 'set loop backward + size" … Wont work …
And the sucky part is, there is no “set loop backward”-only command

What? Why? Where?

Thx in advance

Deck Common > Loop > Backwards Loop Size Select + Set

Thx for trying, but i mentioned that this option is not working with fluxloops :disappointed:

Oh, that mapping function should look something like this..

Route this trough one CC and send a series of events to create a backward function other than a traktor command that you can use in the flux mode.

M1=1
M1=1
M1=1
M1=1
Beatjump (M1=1)
M1=2 (M1=1)
M1=2
M1=2
M1=2
Size + Set (M1=2)

What language are you speaking? Routing through cc?

I guess im still a noob mapper? :s

But what i make of it is, map a beatjump of the desired loop size back on the timeline, followed by a loop set?

Basically you need to map it in Midi-mode. To select Midi-mode on your NI unit refer to the manual.

Use the stand alone NI Controller Editor app to set the controls to send the messages as needed, then construct the mapping in Traktors controller editor.

Im doing that as we speak, im searching for how to map an out to the s4 display? I sant it to be like it is standard, 1-2-4-8-16-32 (loopsize)

You can’t map the loop length selector in midi (at least on the mk1)

Your talking about the output on the display? That would be dissapointing …

I saw someone who made ableton push’ display, display content out of traktor …
I guess he can make this two digit display work aswel :slight_smile:
