I really struggle to make ribs. Always overcooked…
They look niiice
2.5 hours on the smoker…another 1-1.5 hour foiled on the smoker…another half hour to an hour with the foil open…the trick that worked for me is the foiling part…it steams them in their own juices helping to break down more of the connective tissue…
