anyone here do those dances assosiated with a type of music?
Melbourne shuffle
Jumpstyle/ Hard jump
Tektonic
DnB step/ X-Outing (ive been wondering for the longest time, is x-outing just another name for dnb step or is it someting else entierly???)
SkankOut
The Jerk
ETC.
i do the melb. shuffle (not really a whole lot. but im not bad at it. i can only do it at house and electro speeds. i pass out at hardstyle speeds.),
DnB step (i keep it simple though), and as a dubstepper i just naturally skankout (hard).
ive also tried jumpstyle and hard jump but i cant be bothered to do anything other than the basic crap. and my interest in hardstyle died off some before i cared enough to try the harder jumps
In the rare occasion I dance, I just move how I want. I never really do dance routines. I do some popping, but I started that before I knew it was called popping.
tektonic (probably the only good video of it [i dislike this style a lot, but like i said before, respect])
DnB step (im biased, so heres a couple since theres a lot of ways to go about it)
there used to be a vid from nepster that was exactly the way i do it, but he got rid of it. despite being the most viewed DnB step video and possibly one of the oldest on youtube
skankout (not much to see, just an ;in the moment’ kind of thing)
[just the stuff at the start where he’s in red]
Jerk (i dislike this one too. i just grabbed a random one)
C-Walk
lets see if you can spot the epic irony in this next one (they suck too):
the one with the red or purple shoes. im more like the purple, but only because the red is too…loose? like, neuro funk. i cant step to it. i can dance to it, but not step to it, just because of the grove it has.
ill enjoy the smoother stuff. i love jungle. and i love to go mental to some tunes. unfortunately i just cant keep up with the DnB scene at all. and i cant break into it much. (i.e. i can find any jungle, unless its in a mix)
anyway. back on topic. unless that would kill the thread
