Getting Audio Samples off the Web

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about taking audio samples off of the web, especially Youtube. Is there any trusted software that can do this?

Is there a database where audio samples can be downloaded.

Any knowledge on this subject would really appreciated.

errrr…why would you want samples off of youtube…the quality is just so shitty…even the so called “HQ” links

Easy enough to do yourself, change mixer input settings to wave and press record in whatever software you’re using.
