Ok, i have just run into a small problem. Next month i am moving into and living on a boat with my studio. i will be crossing the Atlantic and sailing/living in Ibiza among other European countries. How hard would it be for me to get some sort of dj gig under the table. hell i love djing and music so much i am willing to dj for free. i would love to be able to walk into a random club and do a 4 hour set for 100 bucks, kind of busk my way around Europe i guess.
i understand. Its just that i love djing and i really wanna dj every now and then. its not something i am gonna do every single day, but you know that feeling you get when you hear an epic song and just have to go out and dj.
since i will be moving around from place to place on my boat and using my longboard as my primary form of transportation, i want to be able to find random work anywhere. if i can make some money thats great, but i am willing to work for free if i have to

why not just have parties on the boat?! dj then for free..
[/quote] i was thinking about that, but the boat isnât that big, so i will only be able to fit 4-8 people on the deck and a few more inside. i could host some chillout sessions, just park the boat setup my rig on deck and everyone else could party on land
Honestly the boat sounds like THE perfect afterparty. Hit up some clubs meet the right people who are in the scene and not there for vacation, and make connections invite them back go nuts. Thats just too easy!
