Getting the girls to quiver with pleasure

Hey, I meant on the dancefloor :slight_smile:.

What are your favourite ways to get the girls to hit the floor?

As an aside, a friend of mine plays “boy tracks” earlier on to get men to buy drinks and get the girls drinks too.

Then a bit later he moves to girlie tracks to make the chicks dance.

We all know that girls hold the keys to waking the dancefloor up.

In my opinion, just knowing how to push their musical buttons can improve your gigs massively.

What does everyone use to get them up and dancing?

I used this formula while playing Psytrance parties in clubs.

You play the sexy numbers first…say the first 3 tracks…when the girls are on the floor, the guys follow.

THEN you pound that badge!

Usually throw something in a completely hate because ultimately its a girly song that gets the reaction of girls screaming at each other in excitement…

Top 40 vocal samples all day, girls love anything they can sing too

This, and anything with that big “miami” style bass. The remixes of big tunes that are on the top 40 radio. I know I go to a lot of Dubstep shows, which has historically been a “bro” scene. But songs that remix the top 40 stuff? That brings the girls out.

the willow smith example is a good example IMO. use tracks with vocals where it’s describing an female gesture I.E booty or hair. female vocals/rap’s where it’s like talking to a man/partner. Tracks where your asked to put your hands up also tend to work

My girlfriend shocked me a while back by telling me that she’ll only ever dance to music she know’s, and that she pretty much only likes music with lyrics.
I’ve found that on the whole this goes for most girls.
