Going from Gratification to Deckalized
Hey guys, I am pretty sure I am just dumb, but I am trying to get the Deckalized mapping to work on my MF, but I previously had the Instant Gratification mapping on there, do I just need to take it out of four banks mode for it to work?
I try and take it out of 4 banks mode and press the 5th button when in setup mode and no option comes up, just goes back to being a midifighter, makes no sense.
instant gratification uses 4 banks mode.
Yes, I understand this. I just can’t get the MF out of four banks mode.
my bad, I misunderstood your question. Hold the top left corner of the MF and then plug it in. from there follow the directions on this thread: How To Use the Midifighter Menu Mode (Classic & Pro only)
I did that, and when I press the 5th button, there is no new menu, all the LEDs flash in order from left to right, top to bottom and then it just backs out of Menu Mode and back into looking like it is set up for IG.
Might need to update your firmware. Go download the new midi fighter utility here: New Midi Fighter Utility 2.40 (updated 10/31/2013) READ ME IF YOU HAVE A 3D
