Good place for finding vocalists?
Hey guys,
more and more I feel I want to have more vox in my tracks to give them more personality but I don’t really know any english speaking singers/rapper/chicks with super sexy voices.
Thoughts on where you could find some?
Go out to parties and meet people! (Yes, that seems to be the answer to every single question about furthering your DJ or production career.) I met a guy who has two octaves of perfect pitch with this weird whistling thing the other night.
If you wanna get really deep into it you will be layering quite a lot of stuff like that. If you have made a synthesis sound you like. But it does not sound brassy enough then do not struggle trying to fix the patch, just double it up with another synthesis that is producing the frequencies you want.
Universities are a great source of musicians of all kinds.
Yeah seriously. Go to parties and meet people. Or hang out at the music department at your local uni and put up flyers or something.
Yeah actually the few vocalists I’ve been in touch with I’ve meet through uni and in parties, but it’s sooo random who you’re gonna meet if you’re actually looking for a particular type of vocalist 
but I’m going back to uni for a semester to study musicology so I’ll probably find some more… thanks guys

If you did a good summary you want. But the sound is not enough, then copper is not fighting to try to fix the patch, simply double-frequency synthetic product with another choice. I met a guy who has absolute pitch two octaves of this strange hissing sound, the other night.
