Hard to remove knobs for custom knobs

I’ve got the knobs at home, the only problem is that I just can’t get the normal knobs off..
I don’t dare to pull them at my hardest, a bit afraid that they will brake or something.

Is there any technique for?

Use a butter knife. Put a tea towel/kitchen roll underneath the knife, and very gently use the knife as a lever.
