help for DJTT Beaubryte mapping traktor s2 mk2
Hi,
I am experiencing problems when installing this mapping DJ TechTools - DJTT Kontrol S2 MK2 (Beaubryte) on my new Traktor S2 MK2… nothing is working.. play button do not work and Fx jogs either.
Someone could explain me if i have missed something ???, it was working on my previous Traktor S4 MK1…

OK, you should be good with 2.8.1
Assuming that you have imported the mapping by clicking on large IMPORT button located at the bottom left of the preferences?
Did you ensure to set MIDI In-Port to Kontrol S2 MK2?
Sure i have imported the way you described and midi port was set to Kontrol s2 MK2
still nothing happen …
Can you try some other mapping for the MK2 just to ensure your controller is working properly? Also make sure your S2 is not in MIDI Mode.
Just tried the mapping and it is working at my end.
any other mapping do not work … i am sure i am doing something wrong..
S2 is not in midi mode

Let’s try this:
Beau’s mapping is basically a heavily modified User map. If the native user map wouldn’t work ether than your unit might be faulty…
importing beau’s map again and again… with import button, doing the righr sequence… still nothing working… jog wheels are still configured in native action…
What do you mean by nothing working when saying the jog wheels are configured as in the native map?
Can you please describe all the things you think are wrong with the mapping?
The jogwheels are meant to control native functions unless you hold SHIFT button and then press FLUX button to enable the Jog FX mode.
yes it works now ! i guess i was just looking for Jogwheels effect ! thanks for your time… sorry to be a dumb
