Help me create this sound

You can hear it right away behind the melody, kind of sounds like chords.

You can hear them start at 1:15.

I really don’t know how to describe what is sounds like besides chords. If you understand what I’m talking about please help me out!

Mess with the arpeggiator while a synth is playing in chords. Not really sure though.
