Help me pick a sound card!

Hey everyone,

I am looking into starting my DJing as a hobby and a part time career. I have been doing parties/school dances but I want to move up in the world and am looking for a new sound card. My two options are either an audio 2 dj or a fast track pro. Now I can get the audio for around 80 bucks and the fast track pro for around 100. Is the fast track for the extra 20 bucks worth the investment. Keep in mind I have a full scale pro tools rig already at home so the recording aspect isnt a major deal to me. I am using traktor by the way! Thanks everyone!

I have the audio 2 and it’s awesome. I think save your money and get that. I have no experience of the other one mentioned so can’t advise there but know I’ve had no problems with mine.

think the fast track is a bit more due to the extra holes.

The Audio 2 sounds great.
The only thing to decide is whether you need the extra ins/outs and Midi connections of the Fast Track.

If not get the Audio 2.

Get the audio 2. A friend of mine has the fast track pro, and he’s always asking to borrow my Audio 2 for live shows because he swears it has a better sound.
