Help recreating a snare?
there is the video of a song by skrillex that has a snare used around 26 seconds (and throughout the song)
that i was wondering if anyone knew how to remake? this guy remade this song, so obviously he remade the snare as well. But that snare sounds nasty!!
Could just be a sample he found
hmm.. well i want to know where he had got the exact same sample as the song? the songs not even released, he just remade a live version of it on youtube…

it doesn’t sound that out there. i personally advise against recreating it unless you happen to love sound design. just have a decent rummage through some decent sample packs. i know the deadmau5 xfer pack I have has snares that sound like that
