HELP!!!Traktor Pro is frozen
Running it on a pc. No problems whatsoever. Opened it up today and it appears normal but when i click in the decks nothing is happening. its allowing me to load in tracks but i can’t play them. what the deal ? anybody ever have this problem ? appreciate any help and insight.
Is your audio light lit green?
i don’t see any green on the screen
audio light would be by the clock yes ?
Yeah, I think so. I’m in work atm so can’t check.
any thoughts ? nothing moving in the decks. weird.
You need to double check your audio settings, make sure the correct sound card is chosen. At the top of the screen there should be a green light under “Audio”. Make sure the correct sound card and routings are chosen. Once they are, restart and try it again.
ok got something going on here. MANY MANY THANKS. so unless using external mixer my routings should just be set to internal ?
also, how do i set the track playing to always be the master track ?
Yes, when using internal mixing your audio setup should be Internal, and if mixing externally it should be set to External.
You should be able to select Auto and Manual clock settings. Set to Manual and select the deck, I believe.
