Help with firmware flashing
Hey guys just got my kit today and trying to upgrade this thing. Right now the installer freezes at 10% after reading:
OS: Windows XP [Admin]

Im using a USB-Serial cable

just bought a serial to serial cable and getting the same error

Try this, I think it mostly helps with the USB to serial cables, but you never know.

This is the search result page when I searched for 15024 in the upgrade solutions thread. So these people have had the same error as you and some have fixed their issues in various different ways.
