Help with Novation Twitch Traktor Headphone Cueing

So I’ve mapped the output monitor as 3-4 and the output master as 1-2, but for some reason the master track is still coming out of the headphones even when the cue is not selected for that track, please help!

where is the cue mix knob pointing? if you don’t want to hear the master track then it needs to be over on cue, not master.
