Help with time coded setup w/ vdj

I am starting to DJ and I bought myself 2 numark direct drive turntables, a mixer, a laptop, speakers, an amplifier and serato time coded vinyls, a copy of VDJ and now i need a sound card. Which sound card do you guys recommend for time coded setups using virtual dj? Mind you i spent over a grand (im only 16) in this setup so i would appreciate more affordable suggestions, i was thinking about buying the Maya 44 and a friend told me about an iconnex dj soundcard that costs like $40, will that work? Thank you, all responses are much appreciated.

You’ll be wanting a soundcard with 2 stereo inputs with phono preamps and 2 stereo outputs.

I use the NI audio 4 though I’m sure there are cheaper options that will do the trick.

I had a look at that sound card you mentioned and I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. On the other hand at that price the sound quality and latency is ought to be pretty bad and I doubt it’ll live very long.
