Good afternoon friends,
Recently I bought a Kontrol S4 and install sofwtware is a problem. When installation is complete, I try to open the program and it gives me three options: Demo, Enable and buy. I try to click on Enable, enter the serial code and the service center I returned with a message that the code entered is incorrect.
What should I do? Should I buy it again, this time only the software?

i had the same problem with the s4 disc , I download the demo version of Traktor 2 Pro from the NI website , installed it the put the code form the disc I got into it when asked and it worked. There is something wrong with some of the discs that were supplied something do with a updated version.
Is it installing the S4 software or TP2? If S4 get the demo here and try the serial in it.

If it’s installing TP2 look for a different serial stuck on somewhere. If you can’t find it yo’ll need to contact NI.
