How do I switch the button tops on a midi fighter?

I really like the look of the arcade buttons with the black tops and red rims. How do I switch the tops?

There’s little nubs that stick out on each side of the button. Press those in on each side and the center will come out. I show it at :36 in this video.

How do i disasemble buttons from my MF pro?? It’s driving me crazy :S
