I’m bout to go MAD!!! please help

ok, so I’ve been using vci-100se for almost a year now with no problem. Installed traktor on my mini dell..and everything worked fine. Got annoying spyware so i restored my cpu. Now that i restored the cpu I cannot seem to get my vci-100 to work right wth traktor 1.2… I tried to make sure i was running it in 1.3 firmware mode but when i setup the tsi file in traktor the juggle, fader effects and c/d mode knobs do not work correctly. instead they control my headphone cues… I imported the new tsi just like explained in the video for 1.2… WTF is up b/c it worked just fine with old traktor and old tsi file

Are you still having the problem…?

You should re-import all of the settings contained in the TSI (makes sure you import the right one too)

this should set up Traktor properly. Which version of T pro are you using?

not having any problems anymore… come to find out i was just loading the TSI file wrong… i originally tried to configure on my mini laptop but the resolution didn’t allow me to appy changes…so when i switched back to my main cpu laptop it worked just fine
