Just getting into Future Garage, need some suggestions.

So I’ve just recently stumbled into the future garage genre of music. I was wondering if anyone can recomend me some tunes in the range of…

Check out the future garage group on soumdcloud! A lot of good tracks on there and also a lot of them for free to dl!

thanks buddy.

Anytime! Also check out mixes! Maybe you find some ttacks that you like in there. I’m on my iphone right now otherwise i could give tons of artist links…

Easy to get lost in these two:

Future Garage? Never heard of it even though I own some of these tracks. I’ll definitely explore this one.

On phone, so vids don’t work atm :disappointed:

Can someone explain this genre?

130-140 bpm-liquid-d’n’b-soul

With kind of a deep house vibe…I think.

A spin off from old school dubstep with a more happy, liquidy feeling, way too much delay and a more erratic drum line.

Future Step… you need a Flux Capacitor to listen to it cus you have to go forward in time… its in the future god damn it.

Its so tomorrow… today.

hipster… :stuck_out_tongue: lol

anyway after listening to the links… not totally sure about some of it, but might get on some of the stuff with a more 2step/4x4 drum to work into my minimal/tech sets…

also, dumb question… have i accidently been producing this kind of thing over the last 4 years on and off?
Darkmatter
Heavy Weight
MDT (original mix)
Intensify
9mm

(actually all these were 2007, but still…)

This track was on a Peugeot advert in the UK a while back, best future garage I’ve heard so far, can’t find the track to buy though

That track was produced for this ad. I tried to get in touch with the produer but he didn’t respond yet… That track is dope!

Ah, that’s a shame.

Couple more tracks.

nice, glad to see some some more people interested. it’s a really tough genre to define. i think that’s why i like it. you can go from d’n’b style snares to oldschool sounding dubstep into house. it’s a little more interesting to mix, coming from brostep.

this album isn’t exactly future garage. but there are some really amazing sounds on this album that lend themselves quite nicely to the genre.
