KONTROL F1 Setup for 2 CH Mixer

Hi

I want to add a F1 to my actual setup. My current setup looks like following: Laptop+Denon DNX600 + Kontrol X1

Problem/Question is… I only have two channels on my mixer (X1 controling Deck A and B), so how do I integrate the F1 to my setup?

I know it also works with the S2 which also has only 2 Channels, but as far as I know the S2 has sepearate volume knobs for remix decks…

So is there any way to get the F1 working on my mixer? Maybe routing it to the Mic Channel?? And yes, I want to keep Deck A/B in standard Track Deck mode.

What is you mixer? Is it a mixer with integrated soundcard? IF not, what soundcard are you using to go to your mixer?

Check this thread (first screenshot) on how to set your Traktor routing to have 3rd or 4th deck (set deck D also to 5/6) go into your mixer via USB send/return:

You press send/return on the mixer fx section and just adjust volume via the FX dry/wet know. If you want to have EQ control over the additional decks, map the X1 knobs to control EQ’s in Traktor (you can do that despite the external mixing mode).
