Kontrol s2 keeps disconnecting: Please help!!

hi i just got an s2 and every minute or so it stops working and the USB icon on the s2 flashes. so i have to turn my s2 off and on again to reconnect it. if you know how to fix it that would be great.

P.S. when i inserted the USB into the controller it was very stiff to push in so it may just be my controller.

Have you tried another USB port?

Do you have the power supply connected?

Have you tried with another USB Cable?

Which Operating System are you using?

D: well it worked for a few hours but its still dodgy again. :disappointed: the power supply is connected, i haven’t got another cable that will fit the s2, and i’m using window 7 64-bit (desktop PC).
