Kontrol S4 Pedal Input

Trying to understand the routing for the pedal input on the NI Kontrol S4, wondering if i could use it in internal mode as a reverb over my master out. Cant really find any info on people incorporating them into their mix. Does anyone use a effects pedal with their S4??

I have never used one, but I believe it just operates as midi switch. You should be able to map it to whatever you want.
