Laptop running Traktor and a VSTi

hey everyone,

I’ve been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out my computer situation …

I’d like to have a laptop with atleast a 17" screen that could run both traktor and a virtual instrument side by side without any hiccups for the cheapest price.
Whaddya think?

Most bang for your buck, get a used MBP, I’ve seen them go for around 800 if not lower. Try looking at online and I see a couple going cheap on craigslist. Now I know 800 might sound like about, but your getting an apple that going to last you for atleast 2 to 3 years longer than a pc (NOT starting a PC Vs Mac War). Plus they will for sure run Traktor & Ableton (to run VST) side by side with a decent sound card.

When you say “last longer” im guessing you mean without a component in the laptop dieing out?
