Left and Right Stereo issue with Audio 2?

Hey guys, I bought some HD-25s and when I tested them with the Audio 2 DJ, I noticed that the right ear was softer than the left ear … I did panning in Traktor pro and it confirmed my intuition … freaked out that I got defected headphones, I tried again using my old pair. The same thing happened, the right side was quieter than the left. I tested both channel A and B and it seems like the same thing.

I also flipped my headphones around (just in case it was due to my ears) but the results were similar and I checked with my computer’s sound card and there wasn’t an issue. I also tried changing USB ports

Basically it kinda feels like the left side of the audio is at like 0db but the right side is at -4db … Is there something I can do to correct this or is this a problem with the Audio 2 DJ itself?

my audio 2 doesnt have the problem you’re getting.. take it back and swap it for another unit if you can.

I guess so. I sent in a ticket request but I’m gonna try to call them tomorrow. I just hope I don’t get the horror story where I send in my Audio 2 and I never hear back again :disappointed:

If you don’t hear back in a couple of weeks post your ticket number on the NI forums and one of the mods will escalate it.
