Left hand sync button won’t stay on

Firstly - just received my VCI-100 SE, and I love it. I am however having a slight issue.

My left hand sync button won’t stay on - when I press it it comes on, but as soon as i release it it turns off. Any clues as to what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

I am using 1.3FW and 3.6.3 mapping.

Can’t really understand why its happening - the button is working as the data light flashes when pressing and releasing the button. Perhaps I can update something in the mapping to resolve this?

Managed to fix it by amending the mapping. :slight_smile:

Well I’m new to Traktor and .tsi’s, so my explanation might be a bit rubbish. Basically I had a couple of entries for Sync deck A, one of them was commented FW 1.4, and the other wasn’t – I wiped the mapping that wasn’t marked as FW 1.4 and it started working properly.

I’m at work atm, but I can do some screenshots when I get home if that’s any use?

I just wanted to see what the solution was so we could have an answer in the thread in case someone else with the same problem stumbled on this thread in a Google search.
