Lubricating faders/Upgrading faders

What is the best way of lubricating the cross fader and volume faders on this unit? Is it the same method as the vci-100? Also are there only certain types of faders that are compatible with this unit?

You can apply chroma cap faders on the VCI-400 by applying a small piece of paper / cardboard inside the caps Regarding the lubrication question:
