Making traktor and vci work act like a CDJ
I just love the way the pioneer CDJ work for play and cue. I haven’t found any way to configure traktor to do the same thing, in particular for my favourite feature : when you press cue, keep holding it and then press play at the same time, the track will keep on playing instead of going back to the cue point and stopping…
Is there any way of doing this in traktor and on the vci ?
Yeah I’d love to do this as well. If you’re using your mouse and you left click on cue/pause (and hold it) and then right click cue/pause or play, it’ll keep playing like a CDJ. I never looked into getting this working through a VCI but would love to see it happen…
yes this is very possible… make sure you have your traktor set to cd mode
play around with the bindings and it should work nicely..
Also, just playing around with my VCI-100
Hit and hold Cue/Pause, then hit Cue/Play
should do exactly what you want
