Map For Two Controllers at once! How to…?
Hi everyone, I wondered if some body have an idea of how to make a mapping for two controllers , in order to use them both together! Ex.- I have Xponent and- Xsession and I want to use them both together in Traktor 2.5.1.
If somebody know something please share it!
Just create the mapping’s seperatley and set the in/out ports for each mapping to their correct controller.
Thank u for the answer but, I still can’t get it , because when I try to set the ports in/out they come separately , or X Ponent or X Sessions.
If your controllers do use different MIDI channels for each then you can map it in same mapping device but if they are sharing one channel then you must map one unit in first mapping (generic device) and add new device for other unit and if possible change the channel to overcome conflicts between MIDI notes. Then you’ll be able to set corresponding MIDI in/out port for each controller as photojojo suggested.
