Mapping Decks C+D on Hercules 4mx with Traktor?

Mapping Decks C+D on Hercules 4mx with Traktor?

I downloaded a map for the 4mx on traktor pro 2 that works great, except I can’t control decks C and D. I tried to figure out the mapping but didn’t get very far. Can anyone help?
